The Badii family acquired their estate in San Casciano in the Val di Pesa in 1983. The estate has 5 hectares of vineyards and 1200 olive trees. The family produced Chianti Classico DOCG wine and sold it in bulk until 2018 when Silvia Badii took over managing the estate and started to bottle the wine herself. Silvia produces and bottles Chianti Classico DOP olive oil. She also organizes wine tastings by appointment, pairing her wines with local culinary products and of course, her excellent olive oil.
